About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Budget Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating insightful reports, providing data-driven recommendations, and supporting the development of data-driven decision-making frameworks. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.

In This Role, You Will: 1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Generate reports and visualizations to present data-driven findings to stakeholders.
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to drive business improvement.
  • Support the development and maintenance of data-driven decision-making frameworks.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes and recommend enhancements.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements and monitoring their effectiveness.
  • Elicit, document, and manage budget requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business objectives are appropriately reflected in business deliverables.
2. Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Communicate budget updates and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
Here's What You Need:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Years of experience: 2-5 years.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively independently or in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
